Since 2014 over 1,000 pupils from local high schools have participated in the program.

Through partnerships with several local secondary schools, the program offers industry experience for Form 2 and 3 pupils from the Kwale and Likoni communities.

Over an intensive one-month period, the students participate in small group training sessions in subjects like computing, first aid and firefighting, as well as experiencing a number of work situations through guided tours of the operations.

Awareness events are held in schools each September, out of which the schools themselves put forward candidates to participate in the program, which runs through the month of November.
